Hey guys, I'm trying to build up a list of workout routines to help build a list of nerd centered mind like folks, these can be routines named after heroes, or aimed at results by movie heroes like ryan reynolds or chris evans, any suggestions?

The site has a lot of the right exercises for anyone that wants to use weights or bodyweight exercises so thanks for the links. I haven't watched all of the videos but they are absolutely wrong about how to do some of the exercises. Fortunately, Youtube has a large selection of other videos that show the right way to do them. The comments by the users on Youtube are so wrong though. To me, a weight lifter for 35 years, not a bodybuilder, a powerlifter, the comments on Youtube show that most of the watchers have never done any serious weightlifting. Many comment that the exercises are dangerous. I've been doing all of them for years and have rarely hurt myself. The only time I ever did any damage was if I was tired and not paying attention to what I was doing.

Anyway, now I visit this forum, download comics and sit on my ass. This is apparently much more harmful for my health than exercising.

I thought the site was going to be dumb but it actually contains some great advice. The best piece of advice.....do something rather than sitting all day. It really will improve your quality of life.

burpees they do that in the military...bridging and umm other stuff is good too...u should also concentrate on what you put into your body
