I was hoping this could be the Vita thread with it coming out soon.
Does any one plan on getting any thoughts on the system?
I plan on buying it.

It comes out around my birthday, so i think i'll be seriously thinking of picking one up. I emailed my friends in Sony last week, and they might be able to swing a free one for me, so fingers crossed.

I had a play with in when i was in hk. Gotta say the screen is very nice need more games though.

Im going to be spending a lot of money on the launch
Ps Vita Wi-Fi only=$250
16gig Memory card= $60
Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom=$40
$350 give or take (give most likley)
Im not gonna lie I dont expect it to fly off the shelfs with it costing so much there gonna have to lower the prices on it. Just like Nintendo did with the 3DS now that the price is lower its selling much better.

I WAS excited for the Vita, until Sony announced that you would have to BUY an additional memory card to save your damn games!! So until they start pumping out clones of this new memory card at a cheaper price, Sony and the PSV can kiss my ass. I'll stick with Nintendo and the 3DS.

I'm curious about the vita, I haven't heard a great deal of info about it. What I have heard doesn't seem all that spectacular. It just seems like a new handheld gamesystem with an extra touchscreen, but right now I find 3D (like in the 3DS) more impressive. I always wanted a PSP but felt it never really got the support it needed to make the most of its capabilities. I hope the Vita dosen't meet the same fate. I'd like to see what makes the $250 pricetag worthwhile.

I got my Vita at Target got a free 4gb memory card and I went with there buy 2 get 1 game free special I got Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus, Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom and Uncharted Golden Abyss. I saved up my money for this and I have no regrets at all but I understand people who are hesitant to buy one.

But when the price was announced people werent mad till the 3DS went down in price if I remember correctly. I prefer the Vita to the 3DS my little brother owns a 3DS so I know what it can do.

But Ninja Gaiden looks amazing I really cant wait to see what the big game developers make for the Vita theres so much potential.
