I have been wracking my brain for a few days now and I just can't seem to recall the name of a certain comic series. I'll list everything I can remember about it and maybe someone can tell me what the name was and if we have it here. I'm just curious about it cause I had five or six issues when I was a kid (under 10) and it seemes like it was interesting but that might just be my faulty memory.
It was a group of people and I think there was an accident involving a bus they were all on but I can't say for sure. The characters as I remember them: A young colored guy in a basketball outfit that constantly vibrates(drawn as unfocused with lines through him to simulate the vibration effect) I think he had some type of super speed and/or super metabolism
A young white houswife who could either ease pain or heal wounds
A middle aged white male whose body keeps (painfully)developing muscles(super strength) becomes smitten with the young housewife because she can make him feel better
A old lady who keeps her face hidden because when she looks at someone something happens (not exactly sure what, I think it has different effects) She once uncovered her face while looking at the colored guy and it made his body slow down to normal.
I'm prettty sure there were a few other characters but I can't recall them right now.....hopefully one of you can put a name to that comic... Thanks in advanced

Sounds like DP7, part of Marvel's New Universe line of books from the late 80s.

Definitely DP7 by Mark Gruenwald and Paul Ryan. The group on the bus was the Strangers, Steve Englehart and Rick Hoberg's Ultraverse series from the 90s.
