i can't log in to my steam account. was like that for months. i can't even get the reset password thing to work. it was driving me nuts so i gave up about a month ago. i bought some stuff too but can't play them.

Did you contact Steam support? I know you can re-gain access to your account if you send them a picture of the registered code on a game you've purchased (in hard copy) but I'm sure there are other ways of getting it back too.

i'll jump into a 3 year old post hoping that people are still playing on steam and looking for people to play with. my account name is dynamomaximo. user name is currently "now, diabolical" i play left for dead 2, as it seems alot of you do. been playing torch light 2 latley. and ultimate lliance again, waiting for marvel heroes.
